Jess Mattson

Jess owns and operates anomaly therapy. She provides individual and couples counseling, and tends to work with those who struggle with anxiety, panic, and trauma. She also loves working with those who struggle with mood disorders, personality disorders, and relational issues. Jess is trained in EMDR and is a Registered Yoga Teacher. She teaches locally at Fahrenheit Yoga. Her office is located on Music Row.

Tim hollar

Tim provides individual and couples counseling at Tim Hollar Therapy. He specializes in depression, anxiety, co-dependence, couples therapy with Gottman method, panic attacks, and life transitions. Tim believes change occurs through creativity, curiosity, appreciation, and reaching for help outside of ourselves, and that in individual and couples counseling we can become aware of our strengths, values, and dreams in order to act more genuinely and to have positive relationships. His office is located in Green Hills.

rachel gladys

Rachel provides individual, child, and family therapy at Rachel Gladys Therapeutic Services. She utilizes relationally focused and evidence-based treatment modalities, including child-centered and filial play therapy, expressive arts and sand tray therapy, and trauma focused-cognitive behavioral therapy, to create an individualized, integrative, and collaborative treatment experience. She specializes in working with children and adolescents, family conflict, and sexual abuse. Her office is located in Cool Springs.

naimh rawlins

Niamh owns and operates Sequoia Counseling. Niamh loves to work collaboratively with clients and integrates creative and practical steps toward healing. She is passionate about working with individuals going through life transitions and the associated grief, identity, and trauma work those transitions often trigger. Her office is located in Brentwood.

kristen bishop

Kristen owns and operates Austin & Olive Counseling. She provides individual and couples counseling and specializes in: relationship issues, codependency, family conflict, adult children of alcoholics (or any addiction) and dysfunctional families, and adult child with a parent who has mental illness. She especially enjoys working with young women and couples in their 20s and 30s. Her office is located off 8th Avenue South.

abby doores

Abby provides individual and couples counseling at Midtown Nashville Counseling. She specializes in EMDR, spiritual issues, sexuality, exploring identity, family of origin issues, and relationship issues. She especially enjoys working with college aged clients, young adults, and young couples with premarital, newly married, intimacy or adjustment issues. Her office is located in Midtown.
