individual Therapy

Therapy offers a safe space to get wildly curious and deeply honest. Think of it as an excursion through the hidden nooks and crannies of the soul. Together, we will explore whatever brought you into the room, whether it’s symptoms of anxiety and depression, relationship problems, trauma, or life transitions, along with the intersecting issues that come up as we do. Wherever you are, you’ll encounter unconditional acceptance that fosters an environment in which you can grow self-acceptance. You’ll get well acquainted with your feelings, wants, and needs so that you can increase connection to yourself and others and live the life you were made to live in the wholehearted way you were made to live it. If you’re looking for advice, this isn’t the right fit. In here, you’re the expert on you and you’ll be empowered to choose and change in the ways you authentically desire. If you’re longing for hope, connection, and change, and you’re willing to get brutally honest about what keeps you stuck, this space is for you.

couples Therapy

Stuck in painful cycles with your partner? Missing each other completely when it comes to communication? Desiring more connection and meaning? Couples therapy can help you and your partner identify your own feelings, wants, and needs, equip you to share with each other honestly and respond compassionately, and ultimately build authentic connection, safety, and belonging. Whether it’s healing from trauma and loss or navigating a major life transition, stressful life events often become relationship stressors. On the surface, the problem may present as poor communication, but counseling can help you and your partner explore the deeper hurts that still need healing and keep you stuck in cycles of pain and disconnection. We are wounded in the context of relationship, and we heal in relationship, too. Partnerships come with pain, but they also provide the safety and connection we need to grow and heal.

Group Therapy

In addition to being a more affordable treatment option, Group Therapy is an ideal format for growing interpersonal relationship skills, like boundary setting, vulnerability, and confrontation. Group provides a safe space to process emotions, become seen and known, and have your story witnessed. Members offer each other challenging feedback and meaningful encouragement. Honestly sharing in Group produces a different kind of growth than sharing privately with your therapist. If you’ve hit a plateau in your individual therapy, or you realize you are lacking emotionally vulnerable and healthy relationships, group can be an excellent and challenging change of pace.
